As a Scholar Mentor I will be representing Marian University and 21st Century Scholars as I mentor both high school students and first year college 21st Century Scholars. I will also aid the office in the development and implementation of key programs for students transitioning from high school into Marian University.

•Receive, review and process calls regarding losses incurred by the member. •Handle inbound service calls•Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications•Navigate through multiple systems•Ongoing training and skill development

•Manage the Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Department within the organization. My work focus was with the youth involved within the organization as well as other youth serving organizations all over the country. •Provide information on the negative health effects of tobacco, and other tobacco products. •Conduct trainings on advocacy, outreach, healthy lifestyles, policy, and cessation. With the youth, I also attended different middle/high schools, universities, churches, and other youth serving organizations to provide this information.•Political Activism•Partnerships with American Cancer Society, Indiana Health Department, Truth Initiative, Voice Indiana
