I enjoy watching a business grow. Even more, I like getting my hands dirty and becoming an integral part of a business' success. Discovering uncommon solutions to common problems fuels my energy. Constant awareness, sprezzatura, in professional and everyday communications. Reading is my favorite, filling out forms is my least favorite. Writing is a joy and a skill in which I excel. I don't write enough, I'd like to write more. Before finding my footing in business, I never would have guessed how easy it would be to make friends. Now I believe it may be my biggest strength. The people I work with almost always become friends. With that in mind, I am confident in saying I have always worked with friends, and with people I respect, and I have never found a need to shy away from humility.I also didn't realize I could sell but have found that selling has been one of my more successful attributes. After acquiring the understanding that business is about relationship building, it almost came naturally. Listening to and learning about other people and their ideas and ventures makes me smile. To connect the three stores and corporate office and reduce our cost and dependency on MS Office, I implemented Google Suites. This included managing a large number of accounts and permissions for all of the associated G-Suite application and services ie. email, calendar, and docs among others. Additionally, I trained personnel on these apps in addition to apps like Dropbox, Asana, and Trello. I defined customer demographics and psychographics through data analysis to create a tailored message for specific markets and reduce our ad cost. Together with my General Manager, negotiated ad buys through both traditional and digital channels. I acquired 30k+ quality social media followers within a 50-mile driving radius of our store locations, in a region of roughly 200k people, gaining ~15% penetration. -
