I have been working in the financial industry for the past 20 years in various roles. Currently, I am involved with several companies like Aureus Capital Consulting, Tallinn University, and now 5.0Robotics OÜ.I joined the banking industry early in my career. After finishing my MBA, I started taking active roles in various businesses. After several successful positions in different reputable financial firms, I launched my own consulting business. One of the biggest motivations in my life has been to never hit the ceiling in your growth. Coming from Estonia, I have leveraged our geographical proximity to the Scandinavian and Meditteranean markets to create long-lasting business relations. I have been involved in several global business projects and have always exceeded the expectations of my clients. My speciality is guiding emerging companies through mergers and acquisitions, as well as rapid growth. I believe that if you want to succeed in business, you have to stand out. You can only do that if you are willing to embrace radically different solutions than usual when needed.I had the privilege to co-found 5.0 Robotics. We are an R&D startup with a mission to accelerate the Industrial Revolution 5.0 by making industrial-level manufacturing accessible to small and medium enterprises. Based in Estonia, our first product is a family of CNC machines which we have already sold and delivered to several extremely demanding and well known international customers, including one of the top F1 teams.
