Taavi Lond Email and Phone Number
I have been working in the supply chain industry since 2011. I am currently working as a Supply Chain Manager at Skawen.I started my professional journey when I was in the military; I was working in an ammunition warehouse. During downtime, I got a chance to study Engineering Logistics. It was something I naturally liked. This led to my first job as a warehouse keeper at a Multinational corporation. In 2011 I joined ABB and quickly climbed the ranks, starting as a warehouse keeper and eventually becoming a senior buyer and senior specialist. I then moved on to work at a wholesale company, where I was part of the electrical and lighting department and worked as a category manager. Due to COVID, I was unfortunately let go but quickly found a new opportunity at Skawen through a Facebook post that my current manager happened to see.As a technical manager, I bring a unique blend of communication, negotiation, and market expertise to any team. I have a particular knack for identifying key metrics, such as purchasing indicators, that allows me to quickly assess whether a company's sourcing is on track or if potential problems are on the horizon. This has helped me make effective decisions that have a real impact on the bottom line.
