In my role at Intel, I managed the full-scale Talent Acquisition (TA) integration and transformation plans in alignment with corporate direction from senior TA and Workday Management team. My responsibilities included recruiting and sourcing candidates in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) field, such as Machine Learning Engineers, Business Intelligence Developers, Data Scientists, Research Scientists, various tech stack software engineers, Big Data Architects, and Product/Data Analysts. I built and managed detailed project management plans for recruiting, overseeing resource allocations, timeframes, and interdependencies across HR and key stakeholders. Additionally, I drafted and reviewed project collateral, supported quality control and continuous improvement efforts, and played a leading role in project team meetings.My expertise extended to partnering with Talent leaders and other functional colleagues, providing subject matter expertise for project and transformation activities. I leveraged my business acumen and labor market knowledge to develop sourcing plans and strategies, aligning with Intel's technology and product roadmaps.
