Tab joined SCL as the VP of Sales and Marketing in 2009 and continues his success in that position today. He has the ongoing responsibility of ensuring that the client interactions of the SCL Sales Team and the communications developed by the Marketing Team accurately portray the inherent value of working with our organization. Tab brings previous experiences in direct sales, sales team management and sales training to his current role; these past positions allowed him to develop a global understanding of sales strategy, how to disseminate a client-centric approach throughout the entire organization, and the importance of integration between departments in support of sales.Day-to-day, he works closely with both Sales Directors and Marketing Coordinators to review current opportunities, develop action plans for success and evaluate any upcoming/future project needs.In his role, Tab has implemented a formal marketing structure and developed specific initiatives around project development, brand strategy and overall improvement of SCL visual materials. Further, he improved the integration between the Marketing and Sales Teams, strengthening communications between the two client-facing divisions and ensuring complete support of all sales initiatives. Tab has also been integral in the launch of the SCL Correctional Services Division; the development of SCL’s social media and online presence; and the creation of SCL’s Mobile Member App.Tab looks forward to working with the SCL Executive Team to expand and further define SCL’s five business lines, continuing the expansion of our sales presence, and gaining recognition as a top provider in the PBM industry.
