I have a strong engineering background. Having worked in facilities engineering, maintenance, manufacturing engineering, I joined design engineering management. The teams that I was on developed several brand new products successfully. I led a team, comprising of members from different faculties, to create 33" residential furnace in 2006. Having received several patents for this product, it remains one of the most successful furnace design in the industry, which is cost competitive and has innovation written all over it. We significantly reduced the cost, made it more customer friendly, and totally eliminated the need for a condensate trap.It has always been my goal to create real, sustainable value for customers. It is my belief that to be successful we should encourage innovation that will create value by making people’s lives better and contributing to prosperity in society. Creation of value requires providing products and services that customers value more highly while keeping the cost down. It has always been my goal to innovate and to make our products and processes better.
