My constant appetite for knowledge has driven me to hone skills that facilitate in effective conflict resolution and employee management.In 1982, I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey by co-founding TJ Refrigeration Services in Rochdale. As a partner, I actively participated in Coordinating project site meetings and executed expert installations across a range of HVAC solutions. My hands-on approach played a pivotal role in driving the company’s performance to great heights.In 1994, my passion for innovation led me to establish TJ Refrigeration Ltd, where I continue to serve as a Co-Founder & Director. Here, I have been instrumental in bolstering customer service, cultivating lasting relationships, and ensuring the continuous growth of the company.2008 was a significant year as I took a leap by co-founding Rochelle Northern Ltd in Rochdale and TJ Refrigeration Northern Ltd in Newcastle upon Tyne. At Rochelle Northern Ltd, I wear the hat of a Director who is deeply involved in setting the strategic direction, while at TJ Refrigeration Northern Ltd, I focused on customer service and support, which led to the extension of business relationships.An important aspect of my professional life is supporting the manufacturing Condensing Units.
