- To engage in full cycle recruitment / end to end recruitment.- To understand client's requirements and frame the recruitment strategy accordingly.- To plan and structure of job advertisements on job portals.- To source CVs from various channels such as referencing, company’s own database, job portals i.e. Monster, Indeed, and networking tools such as LinkedIn.- To arrange for technical panels and coordinate interviews at all levels.- To prepare and maintain various MIS reports such as- tracker sheet, requirement and offer reports, to be sent to delivery heads and top management.

- Conduct recruitment and hiring arrangements for management staff at all level.- On-boarding of new recruits- Ensure on-time probation assessment and performance appraisal- Preparation of HR Planning Reports - Ensure maintenance of employee personal data / records both in online system and physical file. - Ensure timely preparation & distribution of different administrative letters - Assist Head of HR in preparing and updating different HR policies related of corporate HR.- Coordinate employee engagement activities (e.g. out-bound training, different national occasions)- Supervise the HR Officer.

- Support recruitment and hiring arrangements for management staff at all level.- Support On-boarding of new recruits- Preparation of HR Planning Reports - Maintenance of employee personal data / records both in online system and physical file. - Preparation of different administrative letters- Assist Head of HR in preparing and updating different HR policies related of corporate HR.- Coordinate employee engagement activities- Supervise the intern in the department.

- Complete induction and rotation in assigned departments- Support administrative jobs of recruitment, such as- phone calls, data entry etc.- Recording employee personal data / records both in online system and physical file.

- Conducting the classes for pre-school- Managing the documentation and study resources of children

- Advising and helping students in study related matters- Helping the assigned lecturer in checking scripts and conducting administrative works.
