    Transport For London
Being the Olympic Programme Manager for Traffic Operations encompassed the scoping, control, coordination and delivery of the necessary changes to systems, people, processes and infrastructure required for the Games. This included the delivery of signal schemes to protect the Olympic Route Network, CCTV, Automatic Number Plate Recognition cameras, roadworks embargoes, consumption of GPS tracking data, network monitoring and reporting of performance metrics and the Games Time command and control structures. My attention to active risk and issue management plus scope and change control were vital in delivering this complex programme. The variety and extent of the stakeholders including funders, clients, suppliers and governance bodies required a careful balance at which I am adept.
