As a manager for Sharpe's I lead and motivate the store team to create an exceptional experience for customers & exceed sales goals. Providing exceptional customer service in the store has helped lead to two consecutive years with record sales. I am not afraid to go above and beyond to exceed a customers expectations in order to please the customer and gain repeat business. I have been able to utilize skills in communication, organization and leadership. It gives me multiple opportunities to practice time management skills, creatively identify challenges and develop action plans in a timely manner.
