As a cashier I rang up customers, and performed returns, as well as check cashing services to our eligible patrons. I assisted in other departments when the hectic holiday season arrived and offered myself for extra hours. I had one of the highest items per hour at the time of my departure. I was responsible for my proper cash handling services, as well as ensuring that our customer had a pleasant visit through offering memorable customer service.

Maintaining customers satisfied and content with the service they received. Preparing and knowing all items on our menu to better serve our patrons was an important part of my job as well. I also assisted in the end of day cleaning and setup for the upcoming day.

As an inbound call center representative, I assisted UPS customers with tracking their packages. I also assisted customers with any concerns to the best of my ability, if I could not answer their questions,I was to redirect them to an agent that could assist them more efficiently.
