Current Enter all information from timecards into computer system; approximately 300 daily. Find missing timecards through various reporting systems and contact supervisors so they can be turned in. Find and correct any time entered on jobs for incorrect plants/inform plants that have put time on our jobs. Scan all timecards and organize into computerized filing system. Various projects as assigned by finance department. Weekly updating of various reports used by finance department. Assign job material to specific jobs. Receiving of job materials. Track job material inventory. Ensure inventory tracking stays up to date.
