This includes: various forms of facials utilizing DMK, Waxing, Lash and Brow services, Makeup Techniques, and Professional Practices.· Cultivates a supportive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages students to show up as their true authentic selves so that they have the confidence to chase their career goals.

· I provide various hair services including gender affirming haircuts, blonding, and vivids.· Reiki Practioner that provides energy healing services upon client request.· Helps manage the esthetics treatment room operations and training/education while also providing various esthetics services.

· Currently obtaining a cosmetology and esthetics educators license while assisting the director with administrative operations.· Aids in admissions process including giving prospective students tours of the campus and helps guide with financial options/requirements

· Provides training and education for Licensed Beauty Advisors.· Helps achieve sales and service goals for store and beauty studio.· Aids upper management team with recruiting and events.· Provides sales floor coverage as leader in abscense of the upper management team.

· Scheduling of appointments for our student salon and esthetics spa.· Management of all on hand inventory, including ordering supplies necessary for our student salon, spa, and classrooms.· Assists director with day to day tasks including: maintaining student clocked hours, stepping into the clinic teacher role when short staffed, providing beauty and special effects makeup demos for both cosmetology and esthetics.· Responsible for basic office duties like filing, making copies and sending emails.· Helps director and team with extra credit projects including photo shoots, fashion shows and creative projects.· Provides extra hands and guidance with practical assignments in both cosmetology and esthetics.· Assists with new hire interviews and training.

· Helped with bank deposits, interviewing/hiring/training of new associates, and made sure the store ran efficiently in the store manager's absence.
