Accepted a contract Registered Behavior Technician position gaining valuable Applied Behavior Analysis experience under the direct supervision of a qualified BCBA. Throughout the 2 years and 4 months with Coastal Autism Therapy Center Inc., I worked with various clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) seeking direct clinical ABA services in 1:1 sessions. - Maintained direct client engagement with 1:1 sessions with access to what the client's preferred, tangible reinforcers and toys that were determined each session via preference assessments- Sought supervision and support via telephone communication and/or tele-supervision with my BCBA during direct client sessions.- Communicated daily with my BCBA to recap the sessions I had with my clients.- Received direct feedback and demonstrated modifications during in-person observations with my supervising QASP-S and/or BCBA.- Collected data to identify trends and patterns to ensure accurate/billable services are provided to client(s). - Reviewed written protocols and implemented the prescribed behavior intervention plans as per the BCBA to address each individual client's needs.
