Americomm, LLC is a family-owned, cable engineering contractor for Comcast Cable. As an Easement Coordinator, I prompt homeowners to extend land easements to Comcast. I work closely with engineering design maps, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook.

In this position, I work as part of a team with fellow baristas to create and serve quality espresso drinks.

My position at Millersville University as a student assistant of the Educational Foundations Department included various secretarial duties. These included answering the phone and making phone calls, reviewing and sending emails, sending and distributing mail, placing orders for office supplies, keeping a clean and tidy work space, typing handwritten notes, imputing notes and data into word documents and spreadsheets, making photocopies (I am very experienced with Ricoh copiers), and running various errands for the office.

As an employee of Rachel's Cafe and Creperie, I primarily acted as a host or cashier. My main responsibilities in these positions were to take customers to their seats, hand out menus and read the specials to customers, take food and drinks to tables, clean up tables and the general space of the cafe, take to-go orders over the phone, and occasionally help servers and kitchen staff with their responsibilities.

We followed strict food safety rules, so I became familiar with food service, as well as with customer service because of the volume of people we worked with each day. As a shift manager, I helped my coworkers with inventory and with making sure the shift I was working ran smoothly.

As a toll collector my responsibilities included collecting money and making change. Both duties were to be accomplished without a calculator or any other type of assistance, so I am very skilled and careful with handling money. Other responsibilities included writing out various types of forms when a driver did not have money or refused to pay. I was also in charge of janitorial duties that included cleaning the booth I was working in, other booths, and the break room and bathrooms.
