I decided I would become a therapist in high school. Even back then I knew the way I wanted to contribute to the world was by helping others navigate the most difficult aspects of their lives. I am glad to say, I was right and have been doing just that for over 14 years!Through the years I have become EMDR trained, obtained trauma-informed training as well as training in modalities such as Trauma Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Thought Field Therapy, Mindfulness Facilitation, and Inter-Family Systems. I have worked with various trauma populations and clients coping with grief, life changes, anxiety and depression. I have also facilitated trainings for mental health professionals in trauma-focused topics.I am currently in private practice and the name of my practice is "Finding Balance Therapy". My focus is to help clients learn to accept and love themselves, rebuild their foundation, and regain their balance. I am credentialed with multiple insurance panels and work completely virtually .
