- Quality check of Raw ingredients (raw peanuts, hydrogenated vegetable oil, emulsifier, sugar and salt) and peanut butter.- On line inspection of the product and continuous monitoring of adhering standard- Conducting of internal audits, third party audits, customer audits and standard audits like HACCP, BRC, HALAL, KOSHER and SEDEX.- FSMS, GMP, GHP, GLP & HACCP implementation.- Daily documentation related to online process, audits and FSMS.- Preparation of product specification sheet and certificate of analysis. Label check and label approval as per standards. Preparation of final Customer approval form.- Root cause of customer complaints and non-conforming issues. Preparation of CAPA.- Client communication related to quality and processing.- Research and development of peanut butter and other nut butter. Customization and optimization of peanut butter. Sensory evaluation of developed products for better customer acceptability.
