   Support large capital projects by providing change leadership consulting services Facilitate workshops/seminars, team building and development, stakeholder alignment following mergers or acquisitions. Participate in community of practices in the areas Organizational Capability, and Structured Leadership development. Support Major Capital Projects by assisting them in developing and implementing effective change leadership plans. Support strategically important Non-Capital and Small Capital Projects by assisting them in developing and implementing effective change leadership plans and securing project change resources. Develop, deploy and maintain Change Leadership intellectual property, and build Organizational Capability around this intellectual property within organization. Develop key local and global relationships to drive the development and implementation of Organizational Capability and Employee development strategies and programs (including leadership development, High Performance Team Development and competency development. Manage the annual training needs analysis, ensuring regional synergies for other North America BUs.  Work with key stakeholders such as personal development representatives to ensure sign off to all training programs to be implemented Work with Global Knowledge Management team and Global Workforce Development team to ensure delivery of required training and development programs Liaise with stakeholders globally and within the regional and corporate Global Workforce Departments to ensure alignment and bring internal and external best practices into improvement efforts. Select and manage relationships with 3rd party vendors.  Negotiate contracts within authorized program budget limits and monitor performance of suppliers to ensure adequate capabilities and effectiveness. Establish and monitor business metrics to measure the effectiveness of Employee Development (Organizational Capability) program
