Responsible for assuring that proper billing information has been obtained for each client at intake and that required documentation is complete and scanned into E-Docs, responsible for assuring that Medicaid was verified at placement and that the verification is printed and scanned into E-Docs and run MITS reports when necessary to verify Medicaid.

duties include but not limited to; answering phones, making appointments, home visits of foster homes, telephone screening of perspective foster parents, preparing invoices and monthly billing for county agencies, recording/tracking of bi-weekly & monthly paperwork to be completed and submitted by foster parents, inputting payroll using Microsoft Excel for.
