Leadership Development:- Stakeholder management, participant management and back office for various development centers, preparation and follow-up and communication of internal development programs- Planning and support in designing of future development programs in alignment with company values- Preparation of feedback reports from development centersLearning and Training Management:- Planning, coordination, communication and facilitation of learning events.- Content management and data maintenance of internal learning platforms- Transition and integration of the existing learning platform into the new LCMS using Scrum methods

- Support of the entire recruiting process from job assignment to hiring of candidates- Creation of job ads, multi-channel active sourcing, identification and direct approach of suitable candidates- Preparation and participation in candidate interviews, following evaluation and report to clients- Preparation, execution and follow-up of campaigns to acquire new customers
