Frankfurt Am Main, Germany

During my time at the U.S. Passport & Citizenship Unit, I took control of the Passport and Reports of Births Abroad applications that came to the Frankfurt Consulate, both civilian and military. As such, I was the first one to assess the applications. Once the initial check was completed, I entered them into the system for further processing. When the new Passports and Reports of Births Abroad arrived at the U.S. Consulate, I matched them to the records. I conducted the final quality control prior to sending them to the applicant.I also worked in the Nonimmigrant Visa Unit, assisting in their final quality control, and I supported the Special Consular Services unit.
