Payroll for more than 3,000 employees biweekly weekly with many agencies within the local government. Utilizing programs and skills to process payroll using programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets, Time Clock Plus, ADP, and Oracle. Processing payroll for a diverse workforce using communication skills and problem solving for 3,000 employees while managing processes of the payroll cycle and customer service. Monitoring daily duties of New Hires, Terminations, Timecards, transfers, and Third-Party Court documents for Garnishment, Child Support, and Bankruptcy. Handling a large volume of employees and ensuring accurate and timely payments within banking regulations and ADP taxes filed. Collaborating with a team to solve issues within programs, Supervisors, and Pay clerks for bonuses, longevity, and misc. Adjustments within the payroll. Teaming with Human resources for the regulations and policy of payments for paid time off, holiday, absences, comp time, and benefits.

In-home caregiving services for clients who live on their own needing assistance to retain their independence. The clients’ needs and safety are evaluated for each individual for the assistance to provide help to maintain an organized environment with assisting in light housework. Following a prescribed healthcare plan from primary care physician’s which may include exercise, at home therapy, and reminders for medications. Assisting a client with mobility, personal care, and transportation to appointments included in the duration of the visit. Monitoring a client needs, physical ability, and eating habits and reporting the information to the family member and staff for the updates on health and services. While providing emotional support and encouragement for the client to preform tasks throughout the time spent within the home. Cross training in other areas for assistance in Prodrug screen, staffing assistance, and recruiting other caregivers for the agency.
