Completed a complete brand transformation throughout the organization and worked to build a culture that emulated the brand promise.

Sharing recipes and mealtime solutions on my new blog allowed me the opportunity to share the secrets of my success in a retail storefront with families everywhere. With over $2 million in sales of ready to cook entrees, this extension of the Main Dish brand opened up opportunities on television, print and internet and social media.

Our independent operation included a fully equipped commercial kitchen with on site cooking & packaging, thrived in an economy where franchises have failed to prosper.
