Food has always been my passion. Coming from a large family, preparing food always took up a large portion of the day. I found peace and fulfillment in the kitchen which led me to attend Le Cordon Bleu school for Culinary Arts. I graduated Valedictorian and set off into the world with passion. Typical kitchen hustle and hours were never what I was after. My dream was always to share my love of food with others. This led me to work for two recreational culinary schools. I designed recipes, led classes, and helped foster a community of people who loved food and wanted to learn how to be more creative or improve their skills. From adults & teens to Mommy & Me style classes, I really loved them all. Eventually, I stepped away from teaching and fell more into the world of business & event planning. I worked with multiple small businesses & start-ups to help them launch and grow. From researching & implementing new software, keeping the books, running events, and designing processes I had my finger in every figurative pie. After years of putting food on the back burner, it took cancer & the COVID lockdown to bring me back to my roots. My husband Jon & I moved our family to the beach to live our best lives & I started Tabetha's Table. I had absolutely no idea how to run a blog but all the passion in the world. I just wanted to share what I do and what I love. The goal of Tabetha's Table is to share delicious recipes that aren't so technically difficult that it holds people back from enjoying delicious homemade food. Sharing videos alongside recipes, helping people not only think they can do it but showing them they can do it. Building confidence in the kitchen and in themselves.
