A 120 day detail specifically created to support the large quantities of overpayment waiver requests and internet initial disability claims in the Green Bay office. During this detail, I completed about 100 waivers, dating back to 2020, the period when waivers had temporarily been put on hold. I created an office plan to successfully complete personal conferences while following policy and I also used many resources to complete claims and other duties with justice. During this detail, I continued to support the local Shawano radio station with their monthly "breakfast club", an hour of time to clarify SSA procedures and public questions! I also assisted SSA with making connections with the local community stakeholders such as the local tribes and local Medicare businesses to teach the community about SSA.
