I am a Customer Services Specialist with a passion for helping people achieve their career goals and contributing to the economic development of my community. With more than two years of work experience in various sectors, I have developed a diverse set of skills and knowledge that enable me to provide effective and customized career services to job seekers and employers.Most recently, I worked at CareerSource North Central Florida, where I used my sales force development and analytical skills to match candidates with suitable employment opportunities, conduct labor market research, and monitor performance metrics. I also provided career guidance and coaching to job seekers, helping them improve their resumes, cover letters, interview skills, and networking strategies. Prior to that, I gained valuable experience in the financial and health sectors, working as a Universal Bank Teller at Wells Fargo and an Administrative Assistant at Home Health Agency. There, I developed my customer service, communication, and payroll skills, as well as my knowledge of banking and health care regulations. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges, and I look forward to applying my expertise and enthusiasm to my next career opportunity.
