• Responsible for researching daily exceptions/rejected service orders.• Monitor open Service Orders and communicate problems to the appropriate Field Service Operative including management.• Communicate with other service support departments such as Service Contracts, Credit Specialist, Field Service, Customer Service, and Supply Chain Management to investigate service order processing exceptions, causes and solutions.• Manage Deinstallation and Installation process.• Review and process chargeable service calls to ensure service revenue recognition.• Assist with Inventory Management, Field Service Customer Support, and Supply Chain Management on parts availability or warranty service order issues.• Interface with field personnel and management to identify training issues that are evident from service orders processed.• Assist with improving functional area procedures.• Assist supervisor in the maintenance of ISO and GMP compliance.• Define and recommend initiatives for continuous improvement, along with involvement with special projects.
