I brought the concept and practice of fill-able forms to Park Avenue Securities and Guardian, changing from an old, paper-based system to a PDF library, dramatically increasing the ease of doing business with the firm. By conducting training classes for other divisions of the firm, interactive PDF documents became a standard methodology for forms.Working with a 3rd party vendor, Laser App, I brought the various lines of business together in a fill-able, flexible forms library. All forms in the business were rebuilt or updated to be flexible and fill-able, and maintained for the business on internal download areas for ease-of-useVarious other achievements: Built an automated process to collect, gather, index and archive large quantities of information from the field in regard to a regulation affecting the entire Broker-Dealer industry. This program saved vast amounts of money over the course of this project, and enabled the firm to be complaint with the regulation in the appropriate time-frame. Extensive work with the Compliance Department to transition their Field and Agency Compliance Manuals to an on-line, searchable set of documents.Development of custom applications and UX interfaces for proprietary software. Testing and scripting for applications, and working with the in-house and overseas test groups.Desktop publishing & web specialist, managing and designing internal and external content, both print and web.
