 Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies. Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices. Check the validity of debit accounts. Update accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments. Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines. Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients. Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data. Submit bills to clients Prepare, compile, and mail bills for products paid for by clients Enter data of orders into the system Provide information to the customer service and sales departments as requested Respond to billing questions from both local and international customers Prepare and send out invoice, bills, and bank deposits Compare billing accounts with accounts receivable ledger in order to ensure that all payments are properly posted and accounted for Generate financial statements Prepare reports detailing accounts receivable status.

 Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.  Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries. Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review.  Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management.  Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures.Costing: Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor. Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production cost. Maintaining Cost Accounting System. Reconciles finished goods inventories.
