He co-founded four real estate companies and held leadership roles in many others. His work includes property acquisition, overseeing construction, planning, permitting, market analysis, the creation of pro forma financial statements, sales for profit, and escrow negotiation. Much of Tabish’s success is attributed to his knowledge of construction practices. He’s managed and evaluated subcontractors, improved process efficiency, and coordinated city inspections. He draws on this experience in every real estate transaction, ensuring optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.Before embarking on his career in real estate, Tabish owned and operated several Cricket Wireless retail stores and convenience stores, where he quickly built a reputation for providing exceptional customer service while generating millions in annual revenue. Tabish holds a master’s degree in global business management and a bachelor’s degree in business management as well as a certificate in HR development and a California real estate license.
