Currently im engaged in MEP Systems ( HVAC, Chilled water, Smoke management, Misting system, water and sewerage infrastructure works, fire and life safety system, engineering designing and implementation, project planning and management, Mep costing and tendering, Project budgeting and analysis, internal quality assurance, MEP Testing & Commissioning , technical meetings, Technical material submittals, design drawings, MOS, Design report and calculations, authorities dealing, DLP, Variation evaluation nd preparation, monitoring site progress, material requisition, Equipment selection etc.

Responsibilities:I was engaged in MEP works ,HVAC System , Estimation, procurement (MEP) authorities’ approval, installation supervision for Electrical, Plumbing (Drainage & water Supply) and Fire Fighting & CNC, progress payment (preparation, finalization with consultant/client) and main responsibilities are mentioned below;Supervise & Inspect HVAC, Drainage, water Supply & Firefighting systems Installation.Project (MEP) Estimation complete with all aspects (Internal, external, bidding, cost saving, Budgeting, direct & Indirect costing, market & project budget analysis,LPG, Cradle, and LV Systems such as (CCTV, Video Intercom, SMATV, Central Battery System, Electrical control Systems for FM-200, Etisalat (Structured cabling system) and all related works as per approved Shop Drawings, technical material submittals, brands and as per requirement of client.Conduct Material Inspection as per approved material submittalMonitor & Report Site progress for ongoing projectsUnderstanding on requirements & regulation of ADDC, Etisalat & Civil Defense, ADSSC, DOT, Approved 3rd parties by ADCD and Sub-contractors for TRM & Transformer by ADDC.Internal Quality Assurance for accuracy and customer satisfactionResponsible for Testing & Commissioning of MEP systemsPreparation and maintaining all technical data as required for technical meetings, finance and final handing over also final settlement with client/Bank.Monitoring all MEP site activities, drawings, technical material submittals and material requirement as per site progress.Coordination with all authorities (ADDC, ADCD, ADSSC, 3rd Party for LPG & Firefighting) to get temporary & permanent approval of drawings. Log preparation of technical Material Submittals and drawings approvals.Discussion & Preparation of Variation order and evaluation of work done with project manager/project director for finalization and issuance to the concern authorities.

Mechanical (MEP) Site works supervision, evaluation, coordination.Shop dwgs approvals from Authorities ( ADDC, ADSSC, Etisalat, ADCD)Dealing with Client,Sub-contractors and Suppliers related to material submittal and approved vendor list.Ensure client satisfaction with MEP construction supervision services.Support supervision teams with the review of contractor’s submittals, including staffing proposals, organization charts, shop drawings, method statements, project procedures, traffic management plans, etc. as required.Conduct inspection on construction works according to Requests for Inspections submitted by contractors and highlight reasons for rejection of works if it’s there. Conduct quality inspections on contractors and subcontractors with the QA / QC Engineer and identify and raise quality issues as per provided requirement for the same and approved material quality.Monitor the implementation of quality non-conformity action plans on construction sites.Support the Materials Engineer to supervise the testing of materials and checking of materials samples against specifications and standards as required.Support project teams with the review, assessment and response to all claims raised by the contractor regarding scope, schedule and cost changes of projects as required.Support the supervision team during the hand-over and defects liability period as required.Support Site Engineers with the preparation of commissioning reports and with conducting final inspection of works.Assist Site Engineers with the preparation of list of snags to the contractor and monitoring the contractors.PROJECTS:CMW Camp (Al Saad, Sweihan)CMW Camp (Jabel Ali)AL Mansouri Tower (Abu Dhabi)Al Mazruie Villa (Shahabiya)Pak Residence Hotel (Abu Dhabi)
