A. Order Management • Responsible for converting PR to PO creation.• Preparing Purchase Orders, maintaining TAT and SLA also follow up with vendors to dispatch material on time.• Validation of the Shipment notification and make the necessary changes in the PO if require.• Request RFQ from alternate supplier as per requirements from our counterpart.• Update PO Receipt on time and make sure there will be no discrepancies to release payment.• Update the PO Approval level from 3 Way to 2 Way (if require) to release the payment.• Responsible for maintaining and update master database for all materials which was discontinued/new in the market.• Develop and maintain effective relationship with stakeholders for assigned projects.B. Credit Management• Analysing the Spend report to prepare Vendor contact list.• Notifying the Vendor via email notification to check if they have any Credits or Rebate available which owes to AT&T• Verifying and identifying the Credit details related to PO or Non- PO• Processing the Credit Invoices in CAPS system (CAPS- AT&T Invoice processing system)• Maintaining the tracker to gather all the credit details and monitoring the queries via emails and calls. • Co-ordinating with AP team and Preparing a report to present on monthly meeting with the Project Manager to ensure objective set for specific period is achieved.
