JOB RESPONSIBITIES:• Responsible for all New Business Developments, Merchandising, Sales & Marketing Activities.• Developing collections with PD teams for current & upcoming seasons based on international trends, from fabric selection, Garment fits, styling & laundry to a finished product.• Developed collections for KP Amsterdam/NY, for Customer’s Mill week/Exhibitions and Official Meetings as per customer’s mood board/trend requirement.• Looking after Sampling, Product Developments and Production follow-up to ensure timely bulk deliveries.Preparing and following up time & action calendars for production for smooth order execution.• Responsible for handling all complains and issues of the customers regarding samples, new submissions and production etc.• Manage Quality Control and Assurance (Audit) and Dispatches through coordination with concern departments and ensure to meet the deadline of customers.• Risk Management (MOU/ Short Fall / Excess Quantity / Critical Dispatches).• Business Development (adding new customers on board).• Prepare Business Statistics Reports and update Production Schedule on timely basis.Looking after Global Marketing, Sales & Business Development. Dealing with different customers in USA, South America, Europe and Bangladesh, and Worked closely with design and Leading team, I really love my work & enjoying every day experience in denim world.
