• Attendance and leaves data verification and management (Biometric + Manual) for the Area Office and allied locations.• Solve technical issues of biometric machine in the Area offices/branches if any.• Providing complete support to payroll section like checking monthly deduction, separation, allowances, and overtime calculations.• Issue bank opening form to the staff• Leave management of the Staff in coordination with the Line Managers.• Prepare month closing attendance record and forward to HO HR for payroll processing• Initiate the Hiring cases (Replacements/New positions) by taking necessary Approvals• Source candidates in coordination with HO HR by identifying the potential candidates from the available pool • Keep record of new hires for further processing and for future references.• Process resignation cases to HO with necessary approvals from Line Manager/ HOD.• Coordination on Employee Separation cases with HO HR and process exit formalities i.e clearance certificate, handing taking etc.• Grievance handling and conducting inquires along with presentation of findings in form of Inquiry Reports on any Fraudulent cases/issues reported within the Area.TRAINING • Provide support to Manager Training as per the requirements for staff Training activities
