As Wardrobe Supervisor, I was the linchpin in ensuring the smooth operation of all costume-related aspects for each of the Stardust Theater productions: Palace of Lights, Blazing Boots, and Elements. My responsibilities encompassed overseeing the backstage Dresser team, managing costume inventory, and coordinating the maintenance and cleaning of costumes. I collaborated closely with NCL Shoreside costume designers and onboard production staff to execute their vision, while also ensuring the seamless execution of quick changes and backstage costume coordination during live performances. Additionally, I played a crucial role in troubleshooting and problem-solving all wardrobe-related issues that arose during rehearsals or shows.
