Responsible for communicating with our attorneys and paralegals about the status of the loan modification review, while tracking and logging request for needed documents. Access information on multiple systems to inform attorney’s of loan terms, important dates and deadlines. Also responsible for reviewing and adjusting litigated/mediated portfolios which require special handling to reduce delinquent loans within company or investor guidelines. Became familiar with our departments workflow and procedural process, to ensure each function was completed on the loan due to our manual process. Functions included analyzing credit reports/account information, determine foreclosure status, researched resolution for title/collateral issues and restructuring payment plans if applicable

Ability to handle confidential material in a professional, highly ethical manner ensuring the unit's work is completed on time and accurately by planning, coordinating and monitoring the daily team activities of 10-12 team members. Setting and implementing department goals, monitoring of closings, reviewing, prioritizing, and distributing daily work to meet deadlines and goals. Providing performance feedback including performance reviews, corrective action, schedule adherence and training to staff. Responsible for direct customer contact of escalated calls and resolution, Managing employees within a call center environment, Managing Employee s Portfolio of loans 900-1000 loans. Coordination with multiple Servicing departments (both internal and external to WF) informing the borrower of current status, options throughout the loss mitigation, loan modification, foreclosure process, and liquidation process.

Handling in-bound calls pertaining to the reconciliation and collection of delinquent accounts, either directly or through appropriate channels. Preventing impending loss and increasing profitability through negotiation and enforcement of scheduled collections. Perform general duties including the provision of telephone support; assist Supervisors and department employees with collections effort. Responsible for reviewing the court system Pacer to see when he customer filed bankruptcy, what chapter they were in to determine the level of communication we could have with the customer to assist in their delinquency.

Responsible for reviewing, analyzing and approving routine individual consumer requests for loan modifications within company and industry guidelines. Reviewed credit bureau information, collateral valuation, tax returns, financial statements, and or other supporting documentation to recommend/approve requests. Assisted with the calculations and preparation of reports for review to inform the customer for the decision in regards to their current mortgage; while ensuring that credit files were current, complete, and compliant with company standards. Made sure all foreclosure information from attorney’s were accurate and settled before the sale date.
