My key roles as a Lead Strategy Planner under REV includes:☑️ Develop talent, assist Head of Strategy to foster a positive team culture, and drive organizational success through effective leadership and collaboration. ☑️ Create advertising opportunities for brand to engage the 13+ million users within REV. ☑️ Identify key trends to grow REV Chinese Network & increase network revenue. Graduated with Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication, I started my career from part-time role to full-time position in an influencer marketing agency, main role was to execute influencer campaigns liaising with client's campaign goals; while enlarging company talent database.After more than 2 years dedicated in the role, I moved on to BIG Rewards, the loyalty management brand under AirAsia's network. In my 1 year & 10 months with BIG Rewards, I had successfully launched multiple marketing & social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, consideration to use BIG Points instead of cash, and even participated in the partnership of brand & a local hotelier.I then joined Mah Sing Group, one of Malaysia's top property developer as a Branding & Strategic Marketing Senior Executive whose key roles includes enhancing brand image, supporting projects marketing by launching group brand campaign, strengthening brand presence on social media (Mainly Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn) & driving sales results via digital channels.
