• To provide full support, secretarial and administrative service to the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Senior Managers in the Department
• Provide admin support to the Business Development Department to include phone support, meetings, appointments calendars etc.,
• Assist to coordinate all requirements between SVP and all other departments
• Access and manage SVP’s mail, email and phone functions and ensure that all correspondence is handled and priority items are processed in a confidential manner
• Updating SVP’s calendar
• Developing monthly reports and maintaining a database of projects reviewed by the department and the status of each project

• Administrative Responsibilities:
• Working as part of the Customer Service & Sales team supporting the Station Manager to manage the airport center / main office, in meeting customer expectations and performance service standards through sound.
• Responsible for the management and smooth running of the department, which include performing miscellaneous job-related duties, maintain a complete & systematic record of all documentation, organization of work.
• Corresponding with different departments on a daily basis in regards to requirements and requisitions for daily functioning of the office, prepare presentations, arrange internal & client meetings, arrange board.
• Responsible for organizing & maintaining the monthly Roster for the Staff at the Airport as well as the Muster for all the Departments.
• Handle all the report submissions from staff as well as forwarding these to the head offices. These reports include daily reports on activity of all flights and On time Performance, Load Reports, Time gain and Delay.
