Trial experience includes second seat in a USDC bench trial, second seat in USDC jury trial and second seat in a Middlesex Superior Bench trial. I conducted direct and redirect examination of witnesses, presented opening arguments and written and argued motions in limine. I represented the Department of Correction’s interest in Massachusetts State Court on Criminal Rule 17 motions, discovery and hearings.
