Current•Handle all outgoing financial information pertaining to a concrete construction business.•Audit, enter, and pay all vendors invoicing along with any subcontractors via QuickBooks Enterprise.•Audit Company Expense Reports•Completion and Filing of 1099's•Payroll Via Quickbooks•401K and Profit Sharing•Responsible for Worker's Compensation Yearly Audits•Quarterly Tax Payments; Federal, and State•Purchasing of building supplies necessary for operations, along with all office supplies.•Handling all fleet needs for the business including but not limited to sales and purchases of new vehicles.•Some accounts receivable, including invoicing and estimating.•Reviewing customer credit history, and willingness to pay•Collections•General Ledger
