As the Business Operations Lead with a local credit union, I am working to establish and build relationships with local businesses every day. As a former local, small bank branch manager and teller, with extensive experience in customer service and front line communications with clients, I developed a love of engaging with members of my community and learning who they are and what motivates them each day. I have gained tremendous experience in managing and leading a team while also broadening my understanding of my own character and capabilities. I am a young professional in Middle Tennessee with over seven years of experience in the banking and finance industry. I enjoy working with the public and getting to know the members of my community through serving them. As a Business Administration major from Middle Tennessee State University, I have always been drawn to the world of business. I love learning why people do what they do, and seeing how I can be a greater part of building my community. When I'm not on the job, I enjoy taking photos of everyone and everything around me, spending time with my family, exploring all my community has to offer, and getting lost in a new book.
