 Responsible for total store leadership and strategic operations Drive store execution and performance while building customer loyalty Directly lead and supervise all non-pharmacy employees by planning, assigning, and prioritizing tasks Review weekly and monthly reports for sales, service, staff training, and shrinkage Implement and enforce company policies Maintain knowledge and understanding of state and federal employment laws Develop and implement creative and strategic plans to maximize sales and profit Maintain knowledge of company and industry sales and marketing trends Recruit, interview, hire, and train store staff Evaluate and review performance of staff, including wage rates and promotions Utilize appropriate discipline and counseling strategies Develop employees for advancement within the company Monitor and control labor costs Administer internal and external loss prevention programs to protect store assets Teach and motivate staff to deliver exemplary customer service daily Customer service activities when dealing with escalated, difficult service issues Account for all money using corporate computer systems  Write a weekly schedule and manage scheduling conflicts
