Worked as a resident assistant for the video game design cluster of students for the summer COSMOS program at UCSC. Organized events for 300 students, mentored and tutored students in cluster, and managed a dormitory of students to foster a strong community and working environment.

Responsibilities: Planning fun, safe, and purposeful events for residents in entire college. Is directly responsible for 60 students living in personal dorm environment. Upholds the law, documents policy violations, and performs duty rounds. Responsible for writing half of the Spyfeet mobile game's content, including story arc and character dialogue. Was also responsible for working as part of a small team, attending weekly meetings, reporting to supervisors, and organizing written content through excel sheets and Google Docs.

Head of the marketing committee for Crown College’s Annual Social Fiction Conference. Responsible for scheduling and organizing weekly meeting with committee, developing a marketing plan, delegating tasks, working with both sub-committee and chair committee to provide advertising for entire Conference.

Responsibilities included conducting research in the virtual world of Second Life to collect data for an artificial intelligence project. The short project included meetings, training, and conducting a character within the virtual world to create a realistic environment for testers.

Working with others and under management to create a gamer-friendly storefront by recommending games, being attentive to customers both in person and over the phone, and being responsible for secure transactions, organizing pawn store legal data, and organizing purchasable assets.
