Responsible for managing and inspiring a large team of domestic housekeepers to provide consistently high standards of service. Reviewing, improving and implementing policies and procedures for HR management, Risk Management and Complaints Management. Overseeing company finances and reporting obligations. Ensuring continual brand building and improvement.I am passionate about helping women find employment within a supportive, family friendly work environment. The relief is evident on their faces when they realize employment doesn’t have to mean choosing between work OR family. This was achieved by building a business model which allows women to have extremely flexible working hours, as is needed when caring for young children. Our workforce is predominately women, which unfortunately means we regularly face domestic abuse as a workplace issue. I am fervent about educating women on domestic abuse & wish to pursue workplace certification with White Ribbon Australia in the future.Another significant part of my vision for Cleaners For Causes, is its entrepreneurial core values. We proudly donate part of our profits back into our community by supporting local charities. I look forward to assisting more causes as the company continues to grow.
