Verify badges of entering personnel, sign out badges for visitors and non building residents. Interior and exterior facility walk around checks. Monitor CCTVs of the exterior of facility. Random checks of entering and exiting personnel for unauthorized entry of any electronic devices. Take possession and secure any equipment brought into the facility. Write a report, fill out incident paperwork and advise the GSSO. Closing and opening rooms as needed by securing/unlocking and setting/disabling the alarm system. Conduct facility safe and vault inspections ensuring all standard container check sheets are properly signed off on daily. Scheduled all conference rooms for requesting parties. Maintained daily logs of interiors, exteriors, random personnel checks entering and exiting the facility, room openings and closures along with the requestor, their organization and time entering or leaving all rooms that required use of the alarm system. Worked with Safety Forces, base alarm monitoring and Government Security contacts to clear an alarm when triggered. Perform daily sanitation procedures to keypads, card readers, doors, all entry points workspaces.
