• I increased business revenue by 50% from my 1st to 2nd year. I hit my best revenue in the winter 2020 before COVID hit.
• COVID 2020 brought all new business hurdles. Being closed for ¾ of the year was devastating to business; when lockdowns finally ended May 2021, it took about a year to get back on our feet.
• During the time between 2020 – 2021, I pivoted my business to be all online until we could open again. I kept in touch with clients online to let them know of our new online class schedule and how to get involved, sent.
• I am confident in setting up and using ZOOM. I regularly teach weekly classes via ZOOM, and then send out access to a recording to clients who have signed up to class.
