Tabitha graduated with Honors from Gonzaga University in 2015, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, minors in Business and Economics. After her junior year in college, Tabitha accepted an internship with Boeing, and returned to work there full time after graduating the following year. Over the next 9 years, she proceeded to work in a variety of Business Operations roles, incuding on the 737 Program in Renton WA, Fabrication in Salt Lake City UT, and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) in Renton WA, Everett WA and Charleston SC. During that time Tabitha led efforts to improve standardized scheduling processes, planned and implemented the Development and Testing schedules for the 737 MAX, led production rate studies, managed the Work Movement Portfolio for the SLC Site, and much more. Her most recent role in EHS included managing EHS Improvement Project Portfolios, managing and facilitating EHS Executive reporting, and directly supporting the BCA EHS Sr. Director. In early 2024, after nearly a decade at Boeing, Tabitha decided to expand her skills outside of the Aerospace Industry, and relocate to Anchorage, Alaska. She recently accepted an opportunity as a Project Manager with the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium in the Enterprise Project Management Organization, leading the development of a Master Site Facility Plan and working on process improvements within the organization. She is very excited to learn more about a new industry, and have the chance to develop new skills and new opportunities in the future!
