I am a certified Health, Executive and Organisational Coach committed to assisting leaders to invest in themselves and achieve what matters. In my 20 years as a Medical Oncologist and business leader, I have observed the fundamentals of a fulfilling life; strong relationships, a clear purpose and commitment to wellbeing. My medical career involved supporting people at their most vulnerable and inspired my move to leadership coaching to assist professionals to excel rather than exist. I am a clear and compassionate communicator who challenges individuals to invest in their wellbeing, to succeed personally and professionally and enjoy the positive impact this has on leading their teams and organisations. I work with results focussed, high performance professionals who are looking to perform at their best. 20 years of medicine guides my evidence based approach and I understand the challenges of a busy, demanding role, where there is no room for error. I am a firm believer that success can occur only if you invest in yourself. I divide my time between my role as an Executive and Personal Coach in my Kent Town practice, "Small moments, Big lives", my passion for medical hypnotherapy in maximising performance, minimising anxiety and assisting with cancer related symptoms and board roles in the health and wellbeing sector.
