Responsible for the oversight and operations of all inbound and outbound shipment of materials from various sources that support the JLI-Kuwait mission within the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected vehicle Sustainment Facility (MSF). Also responsible for the oversight and operations of Transportation, Property Management and supply activities (less class IX repair parts), to include transporting, shipping, ordering, receiving, accounting for, storing, and issuing of class I, II, III, IV VII, and IX items in accordance with applicable SAIC and JLI-KU procedures and processes.

Serving as a Liaison Officer for Joint Program Office, Mine Resistant Ambush Protected - Forward (JPO MRAP-FWD) and US Central Command Deployment and Distribution Operations Center (CDDOC). Coordinate the reception, accountability and onward movement of MRAP vehicles moving by surface and air from CONUS throughout the CENTCOM AOR for all branches of the military service. Monitor and brief day to day inter and intra theater surface and air JPO MRAP Class VII and Class IX movement using the following automated information transportation systems: IDE/GTN Convergence (IGC), Joint Operation Planning and Execution (JOPES), Single Mobility System (SMS), IBS Container Management Module (IBS-CMM), ITV for Surface Deployment and Distribution Cargo (ISDDC), Radio Frequency ITV (RF-ITV) Tracking Portal, Battle Command Sustainment Support System-Node Management (BCS3-NM), Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW), and Transportation Coordinators-Automated Information for Movements Systems II (TC-AIMS II). Coordinate with the CDDOC staff to establish flight plans for MRAPs moving through the CENTCOM Multi-Modal sites. Provide strategic guidance to the Kuwait Deputy Program Manager on current CENTCOM movement priorities. Conduct weekly briefings to the CDDOC Director, 1st TSC staff and ARCENT G4 staff on MRAP transportation status and fielding plans.

Serves as a member of the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) Joint Program Office – Forward at Balad, Iraq. Responsible for assisting the Regional Support Activity (RSA) Site Lead in all matter pertaining to fielding, integration, deprocessing, readiness and training at the RSA in Balad, Iraq. Provide the Site Lead with management assistance over liaison operations, short and long term planning, RSA Team coordination, transportation planning and execution, the movement of major end items and supplies, property accountability, and information technology assets. Possess the skills of a Senior Logistics Manager and help develop plans, metrics, and provide oversight for the Deprocessing and Integration of DOD Ground Systems. I am the primary point through which communications, work assignments and technical direction flow between the Site Lead and the specific Cell Leads located on the Site.
